Having a plan is the most efficient path to success.
Instead of scrolling through hundreds of Pinterest photos and wandering the aisles of stores looking at flooring, accent chair and upholstery options, we work with you to bring your inspiration and ideas to life. We'll pose questions and send you options, helping you make important decisions that culminate in a unique, complete and cohesive design that brings your dreams to life.
Our Full Service Design projects generally cost between $1800 -$4800 in design fees depending on the size and scope of the specific project. Every project starts with a free, no-obligations consultation where we meet each other, hear about your project and what you hope to achieve. If we both design to work together we'll create a proposal that has all the important details:
- fixed design fee (no hourly surprises!)
- your budget for project execution
- design concept timeline
- exactly what will be included in your final Design File
The magic takes between 4-6 weeks with plenty of communication back and forth so you're involved in the process and confident in the direction your design is going. Once complete we'll have a final meeting and digitally deliver your custom Design File.
Whether you do it yourself or hire a contractor, this file is the key to your success. The included material boards, sketches, renderings, recommendations, specifications and shop drawings are all you need to hit the ground running and make your dream home a reality.
